1. Service Description

ExoLogic Systems provides ExoScan WP, a WordPress security scanning tool that analyzes publicly accessible information about your WordPress installation to identify potential vulnerabilities. ExoScan WP is an informational assistance tool and does not constitute a professional cybersecurity audit or consultation.

2. Payment & Delivery

Purchases are one-time payments. Upon successful payment, your security report will be available for direct download on the platform and sent additionally to your email. All sales are final once the scan has been initiated.

3. Authorization Declaration

By submitting a URL for scanning, you explicitly declare that you are the owner of the website or have written authorization from the owner to perform this analysis. Submitting third-party sites without authorization is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws. ExoLogic Systems bears no responsibility for unauthorized use of this tool.

4. Third-Party Data Dependency

Scan results are generated using external databases including the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and Wordfence Intelligence. ExoLogic Systems does not guarantee the absolute completeness or real-time accuracy of these sources. In the event that any external database is temporarily unavailable or contains errors, ExoLogic Systems assumes no responsibility for gaps in report accuracy during those periods.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following uses of this service are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized scanning: Submitting URLs of websites you do not own or for which you do not have explicit written authorization to analyze.
• Resale of reports: Using this service to resell, redistribute, or commercially offer security audits or reports to third parties without a valid agency license issued by ExoLogic Systems. Reports are licensed for internal use by the purchasing entity only.
• Automated abuse: Using bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the scanner beyond normal single-scan use. Any pattern of automated or bulk usage designed to extract data or overload the system is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to extract, replicate, or reconstruct the underlying scanning methodology, data sources, or report structure for competitive purposes.

Violation of any of the above may result in permanent suspension of access and potential legal action.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExoLogic Systems, its owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal and attorney fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to unauthorized scanning of websites you do not own or control.

7. Limitations of Service

• This tool is designed as an informational assistant, not a professional security audit
• Results reflect the state of your site at the time of scanning only
• We do not guarantee complete detection of all vulnerabilities
• This service is not a substitute for professional cybersecurity consultation
• ExoLogic Systems is not responsible for security incidents occurring before, during, or after use of this tool

8. Intellectual Property

Reports generated are for your personal or business use only. Redistribution or resale of reports is prohibited without a valid agency license. The scanning methodology, report structure, and underlying systems are proprietary to ExoLogic Systems.

9. Liability

ExoLogic Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or business interruption. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico, and users consent to this jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
